Overview
Worked directly with the founding team of an early-stage AI game design startup to build and refine go-to-market systems from the ground up. Focused on shaping positioning, testing outreach strategies, and developing repeatable growth loops during the earliest stages of user acquisition. The role required balancing speed and clarity, iterating quickly on messaging, and learning how to translate ambiguous product direction into actionable experiments.
